To enable Freeview Play to operate correctly, you must have the set tuned in and set up in the UK. You will also need to ensure upon installation of the TV, that you selected "United Kingdom" as the country setting.
In addition, the TV needs to be connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, depending on your model).
